This special blend has been created by the the Welsh poet Craig Talbot to commemorate the publication of Whispers Behind The Wind (Noble Legacy Publishing, London: 2025).
You'll find it delightfully delicate dram, with hints of dew soaked grass, vanilla, oak, and a touch of red fruit. Bottled at 46%abv and non-chill filtered to retain character.
"Poetry, for me, has always been a way to reflect on life and its deeper meanings. Now, as a father and grandfather, I continue to draw inspiration from nature, from the changing weather, the stillness of the hills, and the quiet strength of wildlife.
I am deeply opposed to war and violence, and I believe no one should have to face poverty or suffering alone. Through my writing, I hope to share empathy, awareness, and a sense of connection with others."
