Braxton Cracker's
This blend was bottled for Andy's historian pal Don Frazer of Texas in memory of his mentor Grady McWhiney. McWhiney was a big fan of Scotland and Scotch whisky! He was the author of "Braxton Bragg and Confederate Defeat", "Cracker Culture: Celtic Ways in the Old South", and - with the aid of his then doctoral student Perry Jamieson - "Attack and Die: Military Tactics and the Southern Heritage". This whisky is best enjoyed in the style of McWhiney himself, with a good book or good company!
